InspiriTec is a great place for people with disabilities to work. It’s precisely the familiar, routine, and accommodating environment I succeed in as a person with Autism Spectrum Disorder. It’s also interesting, because we get different types of calls and callers. I assist Social Workers, Professional Counselors, and Alcohol & Drug Counselors with processing applications for their professional licenses. I’ve grown so much since I started at InspiriTec in January 2020. Professionally, I’m always getting welcomed advice on how to improve my job performance. Personally, I’ve built a rapport with callers and colleagues. I work with nice people, and they have become friends. The callers and employees of DCA have the same sense of responsibility that I do. An example of my sense of responsibility is the commute I make to get here on time every day. It’s not long, but it’s also not right around the corner from my house. I feel InspiriTec is worth the commute, because this job and company are such great fits for me. InspiriTec recognizes my value too. InspiriTec recognized me with an Employee of the Month Award in February 2022. Thanks to the flexible schedule, benefits, and income I have from InspiriTec, I am starting my journey around the world! First, a trip to Turkey and Greece, with my church, to see some of the sites mentioned in the Bible. Then, a trip to Vietnam, as a tourist. InspiriTec is very diverse in its hiring; they develop careers for people with all kinds of disabilities, education levels, and experience levels! If you feel you aren’t qualified to work at InspiriTec for whatever reason, don’t fear. They will build a great career, and life, for you!
