Casey Blake Senior Advisor to the President and CEO
John has been with the firm's management team in prior organizations for over 21 years. Since its launch in 2000, InspiriTec has become a successful computer and information systems firm, most of whose employees are persons with disabilities. He has led the development of high profile systems for firms such as AT&T, the National Disease Research Interchange, the University of Pennsylvania, United Engineers, and ActionAIDS. John has particular expertise in the development of Case Management Systems for the social services, health care, and managed care industries.

John graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude from Lehigh University with three majors: Sociology, Religion Studies, and Urban Studies. He received his Master of Social Work degree from Penn and an MBA in Finance from Temple.
Terrence joined the InspiriTec team in 2000 and is based in the Philadelphia location. He currently serves as the company's corporate level Facility Security Officer and is responsible for developing and implementing security procedures for InspiriTec's Ft. Knox, KY based Department of Defense projects. Previous to this assignment, Terrence held positions with InspiriTec as the Philadelphia Contact Center Manager, Corporate Trainer and Network Administrative Analyst. He also has significant experience in authoring technical training manuals for InspiriTec's contact center projects.
Terrence holds a Bachelor of Science in General Business Administration from the University of Maryland.  He has obtained the A+ certification and completed numerous IT certification courses. He has completed the required federal government training to become the Inspiritec FSO and has membership in major industry recognized security organizations.
Prior to joining InspriTec, Casey was the Chief Operating Officer for PRIDE Industries. He led $450M in P&L operations and support functions; Contracting, Procurement (strategic sourcing and category management) and Quality Assurance. He focused on their portfolio of business lines nationwide, including: Integrated Facilities Management; Custodial and Environmental Services; Electronics Manufacturing Services; Supply Chain Management; and Kitting, Fulfillment and Distribution Services.

Casey spent nearly 34 years in the United States Air Force and retired as a Major General. He served in a variety of leadership roles for the Department of Defense and the Air Force including procurement, contracting, and program management of major weapon systems acquisitions, installation management, contingency operations, and government procurement policy. He deployed overseas in support of both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan). Through his distinguished service to our country, Casey earned 19 major awards and decorations, including the Distinguished Service Medal.

His last job in the Air Force was as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (Contracting), Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition at The Pentagon. In this role, he was responsible for supporting a portfolio of $825 billion and equipping a workforce of 8,000 contracting procurement professionals for the acquisition and contracting of weapon systems, logistics, and operational support for the Air Force, as well as providing contingency support to the geographic combatant commanders.

Prior to receiving his MBA, Casey graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history (pre-law) from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina.

Jeffery Carver currently serves as the Deputy Director for InspiriTec's Department of Defense contract based in Ft. Knox, Kentucky where he oversees an operation that includes over 200 Wounded Warriors and handles 110,000+ calls a month. Prior to joining InspiriTec in 2011, Mr. Carver spent 22 Years in the United States Army serving in Iraq and Bosnia, and retired with the rank of First Sergeant. He is the 2014 recipient of SourceAmerica’s National Evelyne Villiness Award.

Mr. Carver currently holds an Associate Degree in General Studies from Central Texas College and is now completing a Bachelor of Science in General Business Administration at McKendree University.
Gordon joined InspiriTec in 2019 and brings over sixteen years of Call Center/Customer Care and leadership experience to the team. Prior to joining InspiriTec, Gordon was Vice President of Customer Care at Freedom Mortgage, with responsibility for the direction and strategy of their Mortgage Servicing Customer Engagement operations. While at Freedom, Gordon lead the expansion of Freedom’s Servicing footprint; overseeing the build out and opening of Freedom’s facilities across five states. He also provided leadership and oversight for various technology projects including website redesign, SOR augmentation, speech analytics implementation, ACH Task Force and Capture team, and IVR/telephony upgrades. Gordon has been recognized with industry awards for driving performance through leadership and has been a guest speaker at several contact center conferences.

Gordon holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Science from The Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta.
Peggy joined InspiriTec in March of 2013 and brings over 24 years of experience in contact center operations and voice and data technologies. Prior to joining InspiriTec, Peggy launched the contact center services program for SourceAmerica (formerly NISH) where she assisted nonprofits nationwide to implement contact centers staffed by persons with significant disabilities. Her extensive technical background comes from 10 years at Interactive Intelligence where she helped launch the first software-based multi-channel contact center "ACDs" on the market in 1997 and subsequently helped launch the same software on Voice over IP in 2002. She offers InspiriTec's customers and programs a unique blend of technical background and business strategy.

Peggy attended Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis with a major in Communications.

Dave Lange Manager of Software Development
Fred joined InspiriTec in 2014 and brings over 30 years of financial management and reporting experience to the organization. His diverse background includes senior financial roles in both the non-profit and for profit business sectors. Prior to joining InspiriTec, he served as the CFO of a large child social service organization and has commercial experience in the market research, contact center and manufacturing industries. As part of our management team, Fred is responsible for daily accounting oversight as well as all financial management reporting.

Fred earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and his Certified Public Accountant license in Pennsylvania.
Peter is the Senior Network Engineer for InspiriTec and has been part of its management team since 2001. Based in Philadelphia, Peter is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of all information systems, communications, telephony, system support, and security. Peter has a broad background in personal computer hardware, software and networking. He also has experience with working with a vast array of users on both time-critical and long-term projects. Peter’s key role at InspiriTec is to oversee all technical aspects of call center operations. He had been involved in the development of all physical call center locations that InspiriTec has established, from its first for the Pennsylvania State Parks to its most recent for the Pennsylvania Departments of Labor and Industry, State Police and Child Welfare.

Peter has a BA/BS from the University of Pennsylvania with Majors in History and Economics.
Dave has over 25 years of experience working as a Software Developer, Systems Analyst, and Web Development/Programming Instructor with organizations including the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Sunoco, Catalyst IT Services, and Data Networks Inc. Dave has extensive experience with programming languages including COBOL, C/C++, various 4th GLs including FoxBase/FoxPro and RPX, Visual Basic, Perl, JavaScript and .net languages and is currently developing new skills as a Salesforce developer using SOQL and APEX. His Web Development capabilities include HTML, CSS, and server scripting languages. Dave’s technical capabilities also include over 15 years of experience with Relational Database systems including SQL Server, MySQL, FoxPro and MS Access as well as managing Web Servers using Microsoft IIS. Dave has performed in various roles for InspiriTec on projects such as the Pennsylvania ACA Consumer Services Center, Pennsylvania State Police IT helpdesk, CWIS Support Center, Labor & Industry IT Helpdesk and call tracking systems for the New Jersey Department of Consumer Affairs.

Dave has a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the State University of New York as well as A.S. degrees in Retail Business Management and Electronics Engineering Technology.

Michele Smith Director, Human Resources and Case Management
Dean has been with InspiriTec since 2003 and is responsible for the company's marketing initiatives and strategic projects. He has over 20 years of marketing and business development experience in the e-commerce, professional services and consumer packaged goods industries. Before joining InspiriTec, Dean held the position of Director of Business Development for ShopZilla (an online shopping comparison site, formerly BizRate.com) where he was integral in the launch of one of the Internet’s largest e-commerce sites. Dean also has held marketing positions with Disney Consumer Products, Information Resources Inc. (IRI) and the Pepsi-Cola Company.

Dean graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies.
Joe joined InspiriTec in October of 2024 as our Senior Director of IT Services. He brings over 20+ years of technology management to the team. With over 10 of those years in the startup space, Joe has proven experience in planning and implementing new systems and processes from the ground up. He has migrated systems, virtualized environments, strengthened security, and overseen PCI and HIPAA compliance. Prior to joining InspiriTec, he managed technology environments for Sungard Availability Services, Accolade, Vantage Communications and Emergent Business Group. Joe attended Drexel University where he studied Information Technology.
Michele joined InspiriTec in 2006 bringing extensive social services and case management experience. She began her career working with the Department of Social Services before moving to Consolidated Industries of Greater New York where she served the disabled population of Syracuse. Additionally, Michele worked as a Social Worker for the Medicaid HMO Oaktree Health Plan in the Special Needs Unit. Prior to coming to InspiriTec, she worked in an ambulatory care setting serving the needs of the underprivileged and under-served population, also as a Social Worker. As part of InspiriTec's management team, she oversees a team of seven social services managers and provides supportive case management and direct human resources services.

Michele earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Syracuse University.

James joined InspiriTec in 2023 as Director, Client Relations and Contracts. He is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and administration of InspiriTec’s federal contracts. Prior to joining InspiriTec, James was in the United States Air Force and retired as Chief Master Sergeant after 26 years of experience in government acquisitions. He served in various positions including Senior Advisor for Contracting, Functional Manager and Lead Contracting Inspector at multiple Air Force Major Commands. As a warranted contracting officer, he has extensive experience in managing federal commodities and services contracts. His final assignment was at the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, where he provided operational guidance to 77 Air Force Contracting Squadrons supporting 8 Major Commands with a total contract portfolio of $55B. James is a graduate of De La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
