I have been in the customer service business for many years – from Philadelphia to New York, to New Jersey, and back to Philadelphia. I feel like I’ve been around the world and back again, but never have I found more rewarding work in this field than with InspiriTec. Now, when I say rewarding, I mean it’s a pleasure to get up in the morning and go to work. InspiriTec gives life to the term “customer service.” It does just what it’s supposed to do – serve the people. InspiriTec allows you to utilize your talents. In this call center, you come across many kinds of people, or “spirits,” over the phone. I call them spirits, because I don’t know what types of people I’ll encounter in the course of my day. It can be difficult work. Some callers are angry (and hollering at you), some are depressed, some are sad. Of course, I speak with nice people too! My coworkers and supervisors make my job easy to do, because they are understanding, helpful, and pleasant. There’s nothing we don’t do for each other, and we always do it with a smile, a laugh, and a helping hand. That’s how we do such a good job serving our customers. Here at InspiriTec, there are people to help train, educate, and encourage you to be all you can be. Unlike other places I’ve worked, InspiriTec doesn’t tear you down, but builds you up. They strengthen your weak points. They truly listen to your input and advance your ideas. I like it here, because we not only do customer service while on the phone with customers, but also around the office, helping each other with a smile and joy.
