Congratulations to Andres Rugerio – a Tier 2 Help Desk Analyst on InspiriTec’s DMDC Support Center (DSC) team at Fort Knox, Kentucky – for winning SourceAmerica’s 2025 Honor Roll for Veterans Award! Andres, who served in the U.S. Army for nearly 25 years, was recognized for exhibiting outstanding achievement in his work while living with service-related disabilities

NASA has selected InspiriTec Inc. to provide Contact Center, Enterprise Service Desk, and Document Imaging and Mailroom services for the NASA Shared Services Center, based at NASA’s Stennis Space Center in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. InspiriTec agents field calls from NASA employees and contractors in the areas of human resources, finance, procurement, and IT support. The InspiriTec team includes upward of 60 employees, including a small group onsite at Stennis handling Document Imaging and Mailroom services, with Contact Center and Service Desk agents working from its Philadelphia office and others virtually.

The list rewards excellent work environments and applauds companies that demonstrate uncommon commitment to their workers, customers, and mission. The award recognizes our Newark office, where our colleagues manage inbound Customer Service on behalf of the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. Agents field questions from New Jersey professional licensees such as nurses, medical examiners, and home improvement contractors – and a new licensee board has just been added, in social work.

Gary M. McCarthy, Jr., InspiriTec’s Department of Defense (DOD) Support Center Technical Support Manager at Fort Knox, is the recipient of the 2022 SourceAmerica Honor Roll for Veterans Award. Congratulations to LaRay Hay from our NJ DCA office. On October 10th, LaRay was awarded the “Advocacy” award at the 2019 AccessNJ Star Conference held in New Brunswick, New Jersey. LaRay is a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for InspiriTec’s New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs (DCA) Call Center.

InspiriTec has been awarded an IT 70 Federal Supply Schedule contract by the General Services Administration (GSA). IT Schedule 70 is the largest and most widely used acquisition vehicle in the federal government and is considered a preferred procurement source for technical products and services. Under this new certification, federal, state, and local government agencies can access InspiriTec’ services on GSA Advantage!®, the government’s electronic online ordering system. InspiriTec can now provide a full range of automated and attended management solutions to inquiries for technical or informational assistance from the public on what is recognized as the best government contract vehicle.
