MILITARY VETERANS
“This job has given me a real sense of accomplishment by providing me a chance to take care of others again like I did in the Army.”
Our military veterans have made tremendous sacrifices, often involving serious injuries, to help keep our country’s freedom secure. At InspiriTec, we have tremendous respect for our servicemen and women and pride ourselves on helping them secure the freedom to pursue fulfilling and meaningful work. We understand not just the physical but also the psychological and economic challenges of re-entering civilian life, which are often compounded by the misconceptions held by many employers and communities.
We create employment opportunities that meet the needs and desires of the veteran community, especially wounded warriors and disabled vets. We focus on projects that allow our employees to achieve a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. Many of our projects serve other veterans or active duty personnel. Through our years of experience in working with the veteran population, we strive to create an environment where:
- Employees have a sense of familiarity with their surroundings, easing their transition to civilian life.
- Employees have access to commonly utilized resources that are military/veteran specific such as: hospital and mental health services, counseling, and veteran peer support.
- Employees are surrounded by other veterans who have shared personal experiences.
Many of our case managers have military backgrounds and extensive experience working with the Chapter 31 Vocational Rehab program and Veterans with Service-connected disabilities.
